Hartbeeshoek reserves the right to address violators and, in extreme cases, ask the person(s) to vacate their accommodation without any refund.
Braais are provided for making fire. No fires on the ground/grass please.
Chalets do not have TV/Wifi.
No pets allowed in chalets.
Please respect nature. No gathering of firewood in the veldt is allowed. R500 fine will be imposed. No animals may be fed. Please do not remove any plants/stones/animals.
Be aware of children at the resort at all times; they always have the right of way. Please drive slowly and carefully.
Vehicles may not obstruct the road or obstruct any other camper’s movement. The same rule applies to chalet guests.

Speed limit is 15km/h.
The management/owner takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at ablution facilities.
When using the warm water at the ablution block please open the tap full to ignite the geyser or cold water will fill the geyser and water will be cold/luke warm.
No eating or drinking is allowed in the swimming pools/slides.
No glass items are allowed in and around the pool areas.
Anyone who damages Hartbeeshoek Nature Reserve’s property, plants or animals will be held responsible for the replacement costs involved.
No fireworks are allowed.
NO refunds for earlier departures of any kind.
All visitors enter the resort at their own risk.
Please do NOT drive or PARK over paving.
Please adhere to position caravan/trailer need to be parked at stands, to avoid damaged to electrical/water connections.
