  • Dube reserves the right to address violators and, in extreme cases, ask the person(s) to vacate their accommodation without any refund.
  • Braais are provided for making fire. No fires on the ground/grass please.
  • Please respect nature. No gathering of firewood in the veldt is allowed. No animals may be fed. Please do not remove any plants/stones/animals.
  • Be aware of children at the resort at all times; they always have the right of way. Please drive slowly and carefully.
  • Vehicles may not obstruct the road or obstruct any other camper’s movement. The same rule applies to chalet guests.
  • Speed limit is 15 km/h.
  • The management/owner takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
  • Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at ablution facilities.
  • No eating or drinking is allowed in the swimming pools/slides.
  • No glass items are allowed in and around the pool areas.
  • Anyone who damages Dube Private Game Reserve’s property, plants or animals will be held responsible for the replacement costs involved.
  • No fireworks are allowed.
  • NO refunds for earlier departures of any kind.
  • All visitors enter the resort at their own risk.
  • Right of admission Reserved.

  • No refunds on Act of God or Early Departures ( Act of God provisions also called 'Force Majeure" clauses, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods or other natural disasters. Generally these provisions eliminate or limit liability for injuries or other losses resulting from such events.

  • Be considerate to fellow guests at all times.

PLEASE NOTE: Bank charges on cash deposits will be credited to your account.

CHALET BOOKINGS: No bath or swimming towels are provided.

CAMPERS: Remember to bring your ELECTRIC BLUE PLUG.

  • Cancellation Fee R 100-00
  • Cancellation made 31 days or more prior to the arrival date:25% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation made 30 to 21 days prior to the arrival date:50% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation made 20 to 11 days prior to the arrival date:75% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation made 10 days or less to the arrival date:100% of the full reservation amount will be forfeited.
